Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process for mattresses, pillows, or bedding.

  Prepare the Item

  For accessories, please repackage them in their original box; for mattresses, there is no need to roll them back up as our team handles the heavy lifting.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized courier service to collect your mattress or receive a pre-paid shipping label for smaller items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
