How long is the Simba sleep trial period?
We offer a 200-night trial on our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within this period, we will collect it for free and provide a full refund.
Does the mattress come with a warranty?
Yes, every Simba mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures.
How is the mattress delivered?
Our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and delivered in a compact box. Once unboxed, they typically expand to their full shape within 3 to 6 hours.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, Simba mattresses are designed with specific layers for support and comfort, so they should not be flipped. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees every month for the first six months.

Can I use my Simba mattress on any bed base?
